Contact the practice for appointment bookings, enquiries, or general information. Our reception team can assist during opening hours.
Monday to Friday: 9AM to 5PM
Call us and register you interest to see one of our doctors.
Fill the forms and drop them to our reception 1 week before your appointment.
Met the doctor (this will be your initial 30-minute consultation, where you will get an opportunity to see if you are happy to be seen by the doctor in the future; as well as the doctor to decide if you will be taken on as a patient).
If both parties are happy to proceed with a Doctor / Patient relationship, your full medical history will be requested from you past medical practitioner.
You have competed the onboarding process of being a registered patient at Totum Medical and you can now book an appointment with the doctor for standard consultations.
